A Deaddite by Any Other Name...
I wonder if Lee Cronin ever wanted or intended to make a mummy movie? I don't know how it works in Hollywood, but I know in publishing creators don't have the last word on some very basic elements of the publication of their work. The Bride of Maggie Gyllenhaal
This movie could have been so good . Jessie Buckley and Christian Bale are phenomenal as The Bride and Frankie, in a compelling and complicated story of companionship. They - especially Frank - are flawed. They make mistakes. Frank is deceitful and, yes, sexist, but he processes and listens and grows.
