Scheduling and Availability
Your project is important, and in order to give your idea the attention it deserves London only accepts two custom commissions per month.
London requires a minimum of four weeks to complete a project, after all materials have been delivered.
Shipping and delivery are not considered as part of the projected timeline, so be sure to plan for shipping and holidays.
Proposals
London will respond to all proposal requests within one week. If she is available her response will include sketches or ideas, projected material costs, and estimated labor costs.
After receiving the proposal you can decide whether or not to move forward with the project, ask questions, and share further ideas.
London reserves the right to turn down any project, for any reason. If she is not available to help with your project she will inform you directly.
Materials and Deposit
By way of deposit London requires that customers purchase costume supplies and have them delivered directly to her. These costs are non-refundable.
Any leftover materials will be delivered to the customer with their final project.
Labor Rates
London's labor rate is $35-$50 an hour, based on the complexity of the project. If a project includes multiple elements the sliding scale will be applied proportionately (i.e. a less complex piece may be charged at $35/hour, while a more complex piece of the same project would be charged at $50/hour).
